What is it?

Group therapy for elementary school-aged children that focuses on emotion regulation and how to learn healthy socialization techniques.

DBT

What is it?

Dialectical behavior therapy initially was developed by Marsha Linehan to treat clients with suicidal and self-harm concerns, but has expanded to include other concerns like eating disorders, depression, and Trauma.
